AskEGM provides information, help and advice to all non-expert users of PCs. Our services include the following

We email customers a monthly newsletter containing:

At least two new tutorials. The tutorials cover subjects such as how to do things more efficiently e.g. "Using the right mouse button", or they introduce you to subjects about which you may not know e.g "The importance of file types". The tutorials are designed to help you make better use of your computer and your time.
Each newsletter also includes general advice and hints or pointers to useful aids which you can use, again to help you make better use of your computer and all the facilities that exist both on your computer and on the Internet.
We send out extra newsletters when we have something urgent to communicate, such as a security matter or other items in the PC-related field that you may otherwise have missed.
And they include other items such as comments and suggestions from our customers.

Library

In addition to the newsletters, all subscribers have access to a library of all tutorials and all previous newsletters. So all subjects covered are readily to hand.
