EGM Systems is a privately held company based in the heart of Silicon Valley. We have offices in San Jose, California, and in Boston, Massachusetts.
Our mission is to provide cost effective solutions to our clients that ensure their satisfaction.
"Ask EGM" has been set up because of the need we see for advice on using computers. We get many, many queries as to how to carry out tasks, how to keep computers secure, and a wealth of other subjects. To provide answers to all we decided to publish on-line tutorials and tips on how to do things. Our services are not for computer gurus (although they may learn one or two things!) There are dozens of newsletters for the experts. We are here to serve the beginning or average user.
